This week I’ve made steady progress on the first sleeve of my Mae cardigan. It’s coming along nicely and relatively quickly considering the little time spent on it but it is extremely enjoyable. I love the pattern and the yarn in particular and I want to make some other projects out of this Mondim yarn. I am working the decreases as stated and will work to my preferred sleeve length, I did debate briefly making 3/4 length sleeves and may still yet but for now the only notable modification I’ve made is to add the extra purl stitch which will be made into a seam once the garment is complete. This I’ve done throughout the body as well, I’m not sure if I mentioned that, but I’ll speak about all the modifications once the garment is finished and blocked.
And that is it for the week and this is the project I’m going to be working on throughout this week and into our wrap up post week.
There was a post HERE about my first walk along The Old Rail Trail for anyone interested.

I kind of really want it done, it’s going to be so close to being done, that it would be a shame to carry it forward!
